Guild Farmers
Since some people have been talking business in public channels and has caused others to become a little more curios. It’s time to lay a card or two on the table. If this gets a little wordy I apologize but a little background is needed.
We maintain several guild banks; one for cloth, one leather, one herbs and so on. It allows to help people who are leveling up toons that are slated for raiding or to help someone that for one mystical reason or another has been deemed worthy of such assistance. Normally these banks are comprised of my ill-gotten gains.
At times however, I find that I do not have as much time as I need in order to get everything I need accomplished. At this time I turn to my Guild Farmers. Yes Virginia, the guild has farmers. They are individually tasked with assignments both gathering and crafting. They donate what is requested and in return are afforded manageable allotment of food, flask, potions, and gems and enchants as are needed for raiding.
Active Guild Farmers are Lizzy, Daine, Ishleigh, Jillya, Guider. To each you my most humbled thanks.
Right now we have a few projects in the works,
1) Prepare for 5.4 by amassing, plants, ores leather . These raw mats can then be used for whatever 5.4 brings and to better solidify guild member’s monetary situations; as prices on the Auction House increase with the release of new content.
2) Gold cap the guild bank. See the reason above. Also as the cap is reached guild repairs become open at all times to any guild member.
Yes, we are having a moderate amount of success with the AH even as prices are bottoming out. Yes I am playing the AH on both Alliance and Horde to better increase incoming revenue. Yes the Farmers are working hard to help make a better guild and raiding environment for everyone.
This s a guild project not a let’s make Setlo rich project. The council won’t let me keep even enough to get smokes.
If you are interested in becoming a Guild Farmer please see Durlockozk. If you have stuff you want to donate in general please send it to Durlockozk who is the guild Quartermaster.
Hope this clarifies a few things
