Consumers
Complain about the lack of support they are getting from the guild.
Ask guild members to 'power level' them.
Expect guild members to provide reagents and trade skill materials to them.
Are impatient with their characters development and ask guild members to take them through instances, do quests, or level trade skills that are beyond their characters capabilities.
Are unprepared for a scheduled instance run or raid.
Are undependable, and leave groups hanging in the middle of an instance or raid.
Talk in guild chat or on vent just to be heard, or dominate the chat or vent channel.
Never visit or participate in the guild website.
Assign blame when a pull or fight goes bad.
Seek to take over a group, or provide directions to group members when they are not the group leader.
Contributors
Offer help to guild members when they have free time.
Are self-sufficient and form groups to accomplish quests and run instances.
Farm materials for trade skills, consumables and enchants for themselves, and sometimes offer extras to guild members.
Are patient and try accomplishing a quest themselves before asking for help.
Are always on-time and prepared for an instance or raid.
Are dependable and finish runs that they start.
Are polite and supportive in chat and vent.
Visit the guild website often and participate in the forums.
Acknowledge and explain their mistakes so that others won’t have to repeat the same mistakes.
Support the group/raid objectives and strategies. Provide advice and observations after a failed attempt.
